Ingredients
- Spaghetti pasta (250 grams)
- Cream (150 grams)
- Butter (50 grams)
- Milk (150 ml)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper powder (to taste)
- Ham/chicken salami (200 grams)
- Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
- Parmesan cheese (to taste)
- Egg yolk (1)
Method
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the pasta and cook according to the time on the package—usually 10–12 minutes. Reserve some of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the butter. When the butter melts, add diced ham or chicken salami. Once lightly golden, add the pasta and about 100 ml of the reserved pasta water. Add the cream, milk, and salt. Cook for 1–2 minutes. Turn off the heat, add 1 egg yolk, and mix quickly. Serve with Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
