Ingredients
- Boneless chicken (200 g)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 teaspoon)
- Hard-boiled egg (1)
- Carrot (1)
- Cucumber (1 small)
- Mayonnaise (2 tablespoons)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper powder (1 teaspoon)
- White sandwich bread

Method
- Finely grate the carrot and cucumber and squeeze out excess water. Boil the chicken with ginger-garlic paste until cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Shred the chicken into very small pieces. Add the grated carrot and cucumber, mayonnaise, and salt. Grate in the hard-boiled egg and mix well. Season with black pepper to taste. This mixture is the sandwich filling. You can refrigerate it for up to a week.
- Trim the crusts from square slices of white bread with a knife. Do not throw the crusts away — toast and grind them into breadcrumbs for later use. Spread the filling on one slice, top with another, and cut into sandwich triangles. Serve.
